Wil Fisher is a certified ADU Specialist, Queens resident, and accomplished leader with over 10 years of experience in managing development projects, sustainable infrastructure, and affordable housing. He has left his mark on New York City’s housing landscape, from coordinating HUD-funded reconstruction of single-family homes after Hurricane Sandy to negotiating regulatory approvals for thousands of units of multifamily housing.

Wil is a Global Exchange Fellow with the Urban Design Forum and serves on the boards of the Long Island City Partnership and the Queens Theatre. Deeply committed to building strong communities and vibrant cities, he looks forward to helping you make the most of your slice of the greatest city on earth.

Jorge Ventura brings over 15 years of experience in urban planning, architecture, and economic development to Unit Two Development. A seasoned city planner and advocate for equitable housing, both in the United States and abroad, Jorge has led transformative initiatives in New Rochelle, New York, and beyond—supporting small businesses, championing downtown revitalization, and advancing resilient, people-centered development.

Originally from the Dominican Republic and a Fulbright Scholar, Jorge holds a Master's in Urban & Regional Planning from Virginia Tech as well as certifications in Metropolitan Studies and GIS. With a passion for community-driven solutions, Jorge is excited to help homeowners unlock the potential of ADUs to build stronger neighborhoods—one unit at a time.

Maho Sakuma received her Master’s in City Planning at the University of Pennsylvania, with a concentration in Urban Design and Landscape Studies. With an extensive background in urban planning, hospitality, and design, her experience ranges from launching international restaurant concepts across Japan to planning housing disaster recovery operations in Maui, Hawaii. She is passionate about using hospitality and placemaking for better public realm design, helping shape cities that are vibrant, healthy, and dynamic places to live.

Dorsen Sween is a certified ADU Specialist and Queens resident, joining Unit Two Development while in pursuit of his Master’s of Architecture at the Bernard & Anne Spitzer School of Architecture at The City College of New York. With a background in architectural engineering and design, Dorsen’s work explores the relationship between the built environment, community, and everyday experience. In addition to his graduate studies, he has served as an adjunct lecturer and mentor, supporting students in developing architectural literacy and strong design thinking. Dorsen is passionate about expanding access to architectural education and using design as a tool for social impact.
